Mr Koh and I are invited to HDB to select our flat @ Sembawang Riverlodge.

Finally we can own something.

Because of our queue number, my 1st choice are all taken up, we can only choose those left over units =(

However, I notice there is a particular unit not receiving much attention from buyers, I guess is because of the unit number (09-395), there are two sets of '9' in the numbers and chinese don't really like '9'.

So we decided to select this unit.

The project will be completed in 2nd Quarter of 2014, a long wait..

I wish I will be able to collect the keys in 2nd Quarter of 2013, I am so happy to have my own house :)
