A wonderful experience, we conquered the tallest hotel in southeast Asia.
A pair of couples wearing suite & gown to participate in love bird category! Today is their wedding day! It is so sweet and unique..
I wish to do this kind of thing, but Mr Koh strongly reject the idea! He hates the attention..
This weekend Mr Koh and I received 2 wedding invitation , so hereby to wish them have a blissful marriage
Halloween is coming, so went to Sentosa Spooktacular with Mr Koh, JL, LL and CF to get the haunting experience.
Event Description:
| Singapore’s largest Asian-themed Halloween event, Sentosa Spooktacular, is back bigger and better this year with four haunting experiences! Get lost in the terrifying darkness of a cannibal village on Pulau Hantu whose inhabitants have been killed by plague, or wander through the labyrinth of dead bodies preserved in a wax in The Haunted Wax Museum. More horror awaits in the Forbidden Island, a cursed island in South East Asia, where mysterious sea creatures lurk below the sea. |
There are total 4 attractions:
1. The Merlion - The Cursed Island
2. Image of Singapore Route 1 - The Haunted Asylum
3. Image of Singapore Route 2 - The Wax Museum
4. The Sky Tower - Tower of Fear
The Cursed Island - I think they got the idea from "Pirate of the Caribbean", the make up of ghosts are quite similar to those ghost pirates in the movie.
The Haunted Asylum - Oops, I can't remember any single detail. Apparently, this "highlight" couldn't scare us! But I remember JL and LL laughter.. haahahaa..
The Wax Museum - I like this highlight the most! A Chinese lady ghost wearing a "Cheong Sum" really freak Mr Koh out! We thought she is fake! When she started combing her hair, 2 of us just stunned! A "ghost" also keep following us, the feeling is quite eerie..
Tower of Fear - The event organizer shut down the tower due to technical issue, so too bad..
The staffs are very friendly and funny. Here are the messages which I find it quite cute:
1. "Don't take the photo of the ghost, if not they will just follow us home!"
2. "If you need help, just squat down and a human will come to rescue you. Do ensure he/she is human. Good luck.."
To fulfill CF's birthday wish, we brought her to Batam and we stayed in Batam View Resort.
The resort looks old, but the view is good. We manage to get a room with sea-view & pool-view. The room is small, but it is just nice for 2 of us.
We actually made good use of the facilities, here are the list of activities we have played/involved/tried:

Finally decided to have 2 banquets in December this year, I know it will be very rush, but I have to make it happen, with the help of my parents and my best friend - Karen.
Banquets --> I have too little friends *sad*
Sad to say, I didn't invite many friends to my wedding.
SG - I only invited 8 relatives (immediate family) and 9 friends, the rest are all Mr Koh's friends and colleagues.
Ipoh - I only want to invite Karen and her hubby. Beside my family member, Mr Koh family member and my relatives, the rest are my parents friends!
People always say, we do not need a lot of friends, we only need few (2-3) true friends!
I am the lucky one, I guess I have 3-4 true friends, especially Karen. I enjoy sharing my life with her! I miss those crazy time we used to have.
Mission
The groom will be a busy man in Oct and Nov, therefore I am trying to settle as much as thing possible myself.
But we need to travel back to Malaysia to try the wedding gown, to take photo shoot and blah blah blah..
Do we have enough of time?? I am not sure!!
