"Mind over body" but body can't make it for the last 2km..

Tried very hard to achieve my goal, but couldn't make it!

Anyway, I manage to finish it in 65 minutes, my target is below 65 minutes..

I need to try harder and train more.

Maybe people will start wondering why do I need to train so hard?
May be is because I want to run faster..

Long distance running can train my determination, so I won't give up something too easily..

Determination is very important! With strong determination, you can do everything you want!

Habit is also very important! Motivation make you started, and habit make you carry on the exercise!
