This race is organized by Nike (is pretty obvious, right?).


The route is quite similar to Run for Water/ Shape Run, kind of boring. 

I manage to complete the run in 1 hr 6 minutes, the best result I had so far..

Anyway, I need to train more to achieve below 65 minutes, and also to lose weight! 

I need to lose 3 kgs and 1 inch (waist) in 2 weeks, jia you. 

I need to eat less and exercise more =)
